Is the Discovery Call free?

Yes — free. This is a free 30-minute private conversation to explore what you’re experiencing and whether this work feels like the right next step. There is no obligation to book a session.

No hypnosis happens on the Discovery Call.

How long does an RTT session take?

Sessions typically run 90 minutes to 2.5 hours. I always reserve 2.5 hours so we’re never rushed.

Every session includes your personalized recording and guidance for the re-programming period.

What happens after I book a paid session?

After payment, you’ll receive:

  • a calendar invite (and Zoom link for online sessions)
  • a short prep email so you feel calm and ready
  • your intake + consent/disclaimer forms to complete before we meet

For online sessions, join the Zoom link 5–10 minutes early to confirm everything works smoothly.

Do I pay for sessions in advance?

Yes. Paid sessions are paid at booking to reserve your time.

What is regression — and is it necessary?

Regression is a gentle way of identifying the root cause behind a current pattern — often a belief formed earlier in life. Many clients are surprised (in a good way) by what their mind connects as the “starting point.”

You won’t be forced to relive anything. You’re in control the whole time, and we move through memories briefly — usually a few minutes — only to understand the feeling and the meaning your mind attached to it.

What does hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis feels like a deeply relaxed, focused state — similar to meditation. You remain aware, and we talk through the process together.

You can’t be made to do anything you don’t want to do. Your consent and comfort guide the session.

Do you record sessions?

The part you keep is the personalized 15–20 minute recording created for you at the end of the session. You’ll listen to it daily for 21 days to reinforce the new, supportive beliefs.

Please keep your recording private — it’s made for your ears only.

How many sessions will I need?

Many people experience meaningful change from a single session, and some topics have layers that benefit from 2–3 sessions. We’ll discuss what feels appropriate based on your goals and what comes up in your work.

Results vary from person to person, and your follow-through (especially listening to your recording) matters.

How long does it take to feel results?

People experience change differently. Some feel lighter immediately. Others notice shifts gradually over days as their nervous system settles and the new messaging becomes familiar.

Listening to your recording daily for at least 21 days helps the change consolidate.

How do online sessions work — are they as effective?

Online sessions can be just as effective as in-person sessions. You simply need a quiet, private space, reliable internet, and a camera angle where I can see your eyes.

Laptop is usually best (rather than a phone), positioned beside you on a bed, couch or table.

Cancellation / rescheduling policy

Changes are subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled.
